Twinkle One offers free returns and exchanges.
If you are dissatisfied with your product after receiving it, please email customer service within 15 days, stating your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours. Please contact customer service at service@twinkleones.com.
If you meet the return and refund requirements, we will issue a full refund (including shipping and taxes) within one business day and arrange for a courier to pick up the product as soon as possible. Cleaning Tarnished Stainless Steel Silver
Use a silver polishing cloth to remove oxides from silver jewelry. Paper towels and paper towels can scratch. We recommend a sun cloth.
