Twinkle One offers free returns and exchanges.
If you are dissatisfied with your product after receiving it, please email customer service within 15 days, stating your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours. Please contact customer service at service@twinkleones.com.
If you meet the return and refund requirements, we will issue a full refund (including shipping and taxes) within one business day and arrange for a courier to pick up the product as soon as possible. Customized products are considered final and are not returnable or exchangeable (except for quality issues).

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has shipped.

If your order is lost in transit, we will reship it at our expense. We will provide you with a new tracking number. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or marked as undeliverable, we cannot provide a free refund or exchange. You may need to place a new order.

What if you don't receive your order within the expected timeframe?
You can contact customer service at any time via email, and we'll assist you in tracking your package. If you don't receive your item within 30 days and can't track it, we'll resend it free of charge. If you require a refund, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your item.

Cleaning Tarnished Stainless Steel Silver
Use a silver polishing cloth to remove oxides from silver jewelry. Paper towels and paper towels can scratch. We recommend a sun cloth.
