Wrap it around your finger and tighten the wrap until you can't anymore
Step 2
Use a pen to mark the spot where the string or paper overlaps. 

Step 3
Measure the length with a ruler (mm). Use the chart below to find out your ring size.

If you are dissatisfied with your product after receiving it, please email customer service within 15 days, stating your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours. Please contact customer service at service@twinkleones.com.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has shipped.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an update with tracking details. You can check the delivery status in the "Order Tracking" section in the footer of our website, or track your order at https://www.17track.net/en using your tracking number.
If your order is lost in transit, we will reship it at our expense. We will provide you with a new tracking number. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or marked as undeliverable, we cannot provide a free refund or exchange. You may need to place a new order.

What if you don't receive your order within the expected timeframe?
You can contact customer service at any time via email, and we'll assist you in tracking your package. If you don't receive your item within 30 days and can't track it, we'll resend it free of charge. If you require a refund, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your item.

Cleaning Tarnished Stainless Steel Silver
Use a silver polishing cloth to remove oxides from silver jewelry. Paper towels and paper towels can scratch. We recommend a sun cloth. Always use a clean polishing cloth, as residual dirt and grit from previous use can leave scratches and pits. Apply gentle pressure and let the polishing cloth do the cleaning.

Notes
Always remove jewelry before showering or cleaning. If soap or detergent is not completely removed, a film will form on the surface of the silver jewelry. This film attracts dirt, dust, and other contaminants.
Never use bleach to clean jewelry! Doing so can severely damage the jewelry. Bleach is an oxidizing agent that reacts with the metal, making it extremely brittle.
Never use toothpaste or other abrasives to clean metal. Some websites recommend using toothpaste as a cleaning agent, but this is not common practice among fine jewelers. The abrasives in toothpaste can damage the metal surface.
